Traffic madness in Sydney roads

Sometimes traffic is real madness dont know why they change green light at turning roads near Ryde and also at Chatswood to very few seconds and because if that there is long traffic at one end while the traffic flows freely at other end, sometime it is annoying after a hard day at work and it takes more than a hour to reach home when actually it should not take more than 40 mins... Does reducing the time to very few seconds actually solves the problem??? Just wondering... -- Post From My iPhone
